Of course, I had to include a colorway based on Scotland’s national flower – the thistle!
Legend has it, Vikings tried to sneak up on Scottish clansmen in the mid 13th century and to be extra sneaky, they were barefoot. One of the Vikings stepped on a thistle and cried out in pain, alerting the sleeping Scots who immediately charged into the battle. The Vikings lost their surprise advantage, and the Scots were victorious, and henceforth the thistle became the national flower!
The ‘Thistle’ colorway is a slightly muted, heathered purple.
Material
Yarn Care
Hand-wash the yarn in cold water - optionally with mild soap - and lie flat to dry.
All yarns are rinsed thoroughly, but due to differences in water hardness, some bleeding may occur with darker or very saturated colors. If you combine very light and very dark yarns in the same project, washing the yarns before using them in the project is recommended.
All yarn photos are photographed and edited to represent the colors as accurately as possible, however, colors may vary slightly due to differences between screens.
