Tracking
All parcels within Switzerland include a tracking number. For international parcels, please choose ‘Priority with Tracking‘ at checkout to receive a tracking number. Adding tracking to your shipping comes with an additional fee of $6 on top of the standard shipping cost.
Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
