The Scottish Highland cows with their cute fringe and unusually long fur are definitively the cutest among all the cattle species! And if I had a farm, I would for sure have a few of those cuties! Now that I am writing that, I wonder if yarn made out of Highland cattle wool is a thing?

Anyhoo (or rather, any-moo), the ‘Heilan Coo’ colorway is still dyed on merino wool, but its muted orange-ish tone is inspired by my favorite type of cow!
