Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders and contracts concluded between SkillfullyTangled GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “SkillfullyTangled”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). Orders can be placed via online store (https://skillfullytangled.com, hereinafter referred to as “Online Shop”) or in the store at Dialogplatz 4, 8400 Winterthur (hereinafter referred to as “Shop”). SkillfullyTangled reserves the right to change the GTC. The version in force at the time of the order shall be authoritative.
Offer
The offer is valid as long as the listing in the online store is available and while stocks last. SkillfullyTangled makes every effort to describe products accurately, however, all descriptions and images are non-binding.
Order
Placing an order in the online store is not yet a conclusion of a contract but only a request. After submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. A contract is concluded by the processing of the order by SkillfullyTangled. SkillfullyTangled can reject orders at any time and without reason. The Customer will be informed via e-mail and payments already made will be refunded
The Customer undertakes that all information provided at the time of ordering, e.g. delivery address, is true and correct.
Prices
SkillfullyTangled reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices in the store are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and United States Dollars (USD). In case of doubt, the CHF price is decisive. In the store, all prices are in Swiss Francs.
Payment Options
The following payment options are available in the online store: PayPal, credit/debit card, TWINT. Bank transfers are only possible for customers with residence & delivery addresses in Switzerland. In-store payments can be made in cash (Swiss francs only), by credit/debit card, Postcard, or via TWINT. In addition, the respective conditions of the financial institution apply.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Delivery
All orders in the online store – except “Local pick-up (Winterthur)” – are shipped by Swiss Post. Delivery costs are shown separately with the order and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional costs, such as customs duties, will be borne in full by the customer. Extra costs due to giving the customer giving a wrong address are also at the expense of the customer.
Orders of goods in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Goods that are made to order (marked “made to order” in the online store) will be shipped within 5-10 business days. If this deadline cannot be met, the customer will be informed by SkillfullyTangled.
Orders that are picked up in the store (delivery method “Local pick-up (Winterthur)”) are available within 1-3 working days for goods in stock, or 5-10 working days for goods that are made to order. The customer will be informed via e-mail that the goods are ready for collection. Orders ready for collection must be picked up within 30 days.
Rerturn, Exchange, Order Cancellation
SkillfullyTangled will only accept returns of goods that are defective. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise for defects, and to report any defects discovered within 48 hours of receiving the order via mail or email.
All goods can be exchanged while stocks last, or for vouchers to the value of the goods. Delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. An order of goods in stock can be canceled as long as it has not yet been shipped. SkillfullyTangled reserves the right to charge the customer for any work already done on the order.
Data Privacy
Personal data will only be shared where necessary with the shipping service provider (Swiss Post) and the respective financial institution

Applicable Court
Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is the city of Winterthur, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
